Pricing and Packages for Cat Behavior Consultations

Virtual Consultation Session - $200

I only offer virtual sessions when working with cats as they can be nervous, fearful and hide when strangers enter their space and changes their behavior. During this initial session, we’ll discuss your intake form, the behavior issue, trick or cooperative care plan and decide together the next steps.

  • 1 virtual session (expect 60 minutes)

  • 1 wrap up virtual session (expect 30 minutes)

  • Written summary of session

  • Customized behavior/training action plan

  • Additional information (links, handouts, book recommendations)

  • 1 month of continuing support via email from wrap up date


Subscription Package - $250 per month

After you’re first virtual session, if it’s decided that additional support and services are needed, we’ll set you up with a subscription to services in order to continue. This is charged monthly at the beginning of the month. For each month, you’ll receive the following:

  • 1 virtual session a week as needed (expect 60 minutes) to follow up on plan

  • Written summary of each session

  • Updated customized behavior/training action plan

  • Additional information (links, handouts, books recommendations)

  • Access to me via email and text throughout the subscription


Email Advice Package - $75 per month

Need more support but not feeling another virtual session? Purchase an email package instead! We’ll talk about anything from acclimating your cat to a new home, creative enrichment ideas, helping to refine your clicker training skills or to assistance with understanding the basics of feline communication and body language. This is charged monthly at the beginning of the month.

The Fine Print

  • Rates include cats currently present in client home only.

  • Clients must remit payment upon booking session(s).

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Client’s can reschedule sessions 24 hours in advance of session time, afterwards Client’s failure to appear on Zoom at scheduled date will be considered a no-show. No refunds available. 

  • NHC will consider Client a no-show if they are more than 15 minutes late to a session without any communication.

  • NHC accepts PayPal, Venmo and Zelle as forms of payment only.

  • Subscription pricing and sessions will be locked upon booking per Client however future rates and packages are subject to change without notice.
